Open House New York Weekend

You were my town, now I’m in exile seeing you out

Open House New York weekend is almost over, and hopefully you got to see at least a few of the virtual sites available this year. If not (and you have 16 free minutes), then I at least recommend checking out the Woolworth Tower apartment tour. It’s a killer locations with a private roof terrace, and the tour even includes a visit up to the rarely seen private observation deck. There are two ways of seeing this. One is buying the apartment, which lists for $29,850,000 with monthly taxes due of $11,607 plus common charges of an additional $12,514 a month.

As for me, I traditionally visit about 10 OHNY sites a year, but this year I hit a mind numbing 52 sites. And while I normally send pictures from each of those sites, this year you’re going to have to settle for no original pictures but instead this collage of screen captures from everything, or to be more accurate, almost everything I saw this year.

Keep going back in time. Open House New York 2019 is next.

Maybe you don’t want to continue on to 2019. That’s ok. There are lots of other Open House New York Slideshows to choose from.
